Our Crew

Rob Lawnsby has been welcomed back to Rhode Island with open arms. Rob’s cruising experience, customer service, and straight-forward talk has helped numerous people realize their dream of going sailing. In 2005, Rob earned Hunter’s number-one sales position in Hunter’s worldwide dealer network. Rob also owns the Rhode Island SailTime base in Narragansett Bay and offers SailTime’s fractional sailing model as a popular alternative to boat ownership. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard 50-Ton captain’s license and lives aboard with his wife Sandy and dog, Skipper.

Matt Leduc brings extensive marine-industry experience to Fleet Yacht Sales. After matriculating from Mass Maritime Academy and working as a Mate on a private yacht, Matt found himself immersed in the marine industry. He gained extensive knowledge of boat structure and experience with surveying and marine systems. Matt’s knowledge has afforded him the ability to guide customers through all aspects of boat purchase and sale. Dedication to customer service and the Hunter product landed Matt in the number-five sales position for Hunter in 2007. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard 3rd Mate--Unlimited Tonnage, Oceans license.
